Several metal stakes were seen in Madness Consternation where they were stabbed into agents on the walls and roof of the facilities. It is most likely that these agents were traitors and were killed by the Auditor. Two metal stakes are also pierced in an 'X' pattern through Mag Agent: Torture's skull. It is possible that Mag Agent: Torture was one of the disloyal agents killed with metal stakes, but was revived and magnified with the Agent Magnification Chamber.
