Inner Tails is a demonic essence that appeared in Tails' mind during demonization. His debut and only canonical appearance so far is in Nightmare Shorts: Recall. He also appears as a boss in Sonic.exe: Tower of Millenium, somehow as a being separate from Tails, and very different from canon.
