At the bottom left of your screen you have a bar that slowly fills up to 100% you can press Ctrl twice to gain an extreme health and stat boost. You must be level 30 to activate this. The first awakening you will have is the hostile emotion. You can by the other emotions with diamonds that you get by defeating enemies and doing quests.
