The Day and Night cycle is an environment cycle between day and night phases. See Also: Day. Day is a daytime phase/phrase. A day lasts 6 minutes. During the Daytime phase, instances of Employees are passive and wander around aimlessly. This is the preferred time phase for players as it allows exploration of the facility without worry. This is the best phase to go about building your base and gathering supplies. This is the only Day Cycle phase whose time doesn't differ due to server lag. See Al
