Aku Aku is a witch doctor spirit living inside a wooden mask who guides Crash, his sister Coco and their friends as they defeat the forces of evil. Aku Aku debuted in the first Crash Bandicoot game and then became a staple pickup and character of the series, appearing in most games since. He's commonly used as an invincibility item in most games. After Crash escapes from Cortex's castle, he washes up on N. Sanity Beach.
