All Sales Are Final

Because our products are delivered digitally (PDF downloads), all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered.

If You Have a Problem

If you experience an issue such as:

  • You did not receive the download link
  • The file appears corrupted
  • You were charged but cannot access the product

Contact us at info@adroitstore.com and we will work with you to resolve the delivery issue.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us with the receipt details and we will help you correct it.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently using your payment method, contact your payment provider immediately and notify us at info@adroitstore.com.
